Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has straightway come to this Court challenging the notices dated 30.7.2022 and 17.8.2022 which are merely show cause notices, to assert that no GST can be levied on the affiliation fee with the State University charges from the colleges, as it is exempted as fee for imparting education.
The issue can very well be raised before the competent authority in reply to the show cause notice under challenge before us.
The writ petition is dismissed at this stage.
