In the light of the observations and or directions made in WPA 18052 of 2025 and noting that the principal prayer of the petitioner in WPA 7609 of 2025 is for a direction upon the GST department to take possession of the seized goods, nothing survives in such application.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
