He further submits that in the instant case petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion and petitioner submits that he is neither the owner of truck nor involved in the business of transportation of liquor in fact he is engaged in the trade of Readymade Garments at Chapra in the name and style of M/s
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7215 of 2019(2) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 Salauddin. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has no concern with the truck or the liquor, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with Saran Town P.S. Case No. 11 of 2019 with the condition that the bailors should be a local trader having GST registration.
