2026. 6. Learned counsel representing the Petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid availability of alternative remedy of Appeal, however, he submits that the Petitioner should be granted some time to file the Appeal.

Keeping in view the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, the present Writ Petition, along with pending application, is disposed of while permitting the Petitioner to file the Appeal, within a period of next four (04) weeks, which shall be decided on merits and shall not be rejected on the ground of limitation.
