Petition under Article 226 ot the Constitution of lndia praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be
pleased to issue a writ or order/s more particularly one in the nature of Writ of
Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in ccnstructing check dam in
the land of the petitioner admeasuring 1 acre in Survey No. 493127 of Velgatoor
Village, Balkonda Mandal, Nizamabad District and thereby depriving the
petitioner of enjoyment of his land, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional, and
consequently direct the respondents to forthwithy remove the said check dam.
