category to the applicant in terms of Rule-6 (ll) (c) of the transfer rules issued
Vide GO Ms No. 12 dt. l6-06-201 5 with all consequential benefits by holding the
action of the respondents in not awarding ('10) entitlement points under spouse
category to the applicant on the untenable ground that the applicant and her
spouse are working in separate districts which is highly i,llegal, arbitrary
discriminatory and subversive of Articles 14 and 16 of the constitution of lndia.
