circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be
pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in
the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents in
not registering the FIR against the unofficial respondents and the same is illegal,
arbitrary, unjust, against the principles of the natural justice and violation of
articles '14, '19 and 21 of the constitution of lndia.

VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3932 OF 2023 ORDER: This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.S-Station House Officer, Tallada Police Station, Khammam District, in not registering the First lnformation Report against unofficial respondents on the complaint of the petitioner, as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 2l of the Constitution of lndia
2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, and perused the material available on record 3. ln the written instructions received by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, it is stated that on receipt of complaint from the petitioner, respondent No.S made GD entry on 28.01 .2023. Enquiry revealed that the matter was purely family issue, as such, complaint was closed and notice intimating the same was issued to the petitioner through registered post. A copy of the notice, intimating closure of the complaint, along with postal receipt is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.
