Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be
pleased topleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ,
Order or Direction, declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 in issuing
impugned Show Cause Notice vide GST DRC-01 vide Notice Ref No.
ZD3708260501179 / DIN DIN3728082647108 dated 28.08.2026 as illegal,
arbitrary, without authority of law and violative of the provisions of the Central
Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and the Andhra Pradesh Goods and
Services Tax Act, 2017, and in violation of the principles of natural justice,
and consequently suspend the impugned show cause Notice dated
28.08.2026 and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, and pass
