“7. Accordingly, as suggested by Mr. Ojha, Id. SSC, the hearing shall be attended by the officials of DGGI Delhi (HQ); ADG, DGGI, Gurugram Zonal Unit and the CGST Delhi North Commissionerate virtually on 24th November, 2025. The Petitioner is also permitted to appear virtually.
It is made clear that if the hearing is not given as directed by this Court, the court shall consider imposing costs on the Department.
The link for virtual hearing shall also be communicated at least one week in advance to the Id. Counsel for the Petitioner on the e-mail address (advsiddarthmalhotra@gmail.com).”
