Petition Under Article 226 of the constitution of lndia praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be
pleased to issue an approprlate writ order or direction more particularly one in
the nature of writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents more
particularly the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the impugned order dated
30.04.2024 (Annexure P-'r2) whereby the Respondent No. 2 has confirmed the
demand of tax amounting to Rs.6,69,24,206t- for the Financiar year 2o1g-1g
under section 73 of the GST Act, 2017 being arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction
and in gross defiance to earlier order dated 06.o2.2o24 (Annexure p-10) passed
by the Respondent No. 2 for the period 2o1B-19 whereby the Respondent has
dropped the proceedings under section 73 of the GST Act, 2017 against the
petitioner initiated uncler similar set of facts and allegatio ns/discrepancies and
consequently set aside the impugned order dated 30 04'2024
