Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel.
The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 06.04.2024 State Tax and another: Writ Tax No.303 of 2024, decided on 04.03.2024 and in Tax and others: Writ Tax No.1029 of 2021, decided on 04.03.2022. 6. Following the aforesaid two judgements, the impugned orders dated 06.04.2024 and 25.03.2025 cannot be sustained and are quashed.
The writ petition stands allowed.
