Considering and following the judgment in the case of Ola others: 2024:AHC:116559-DB and the judgment in the case of Ola Fleet Technologies (Supra), the petition deserves to be allowed.

Accordingly, the orders impugned dated 06.08.2024 and 21.02.2025 are quashed. The writ petition is allowed.
