1. Mr. Pattanaik, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner- contractor and refers us to order dated 6th September, 2024. He hands up memo dated 5th October, 2024 on submission that the tax dues were paid by his client. He submits, opposite party nos.3 to 6 are to reimburse his client.
Mr. Chimanka, learned advocate, Senior Standing Counsel appears on behalf of revenue and submits, the tax due has been paid.

Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party nos.3 to 6 and hands up demand draft no.403294 dated 17th September, 2024 issued by State Bank of India in favour of petitioner for ₹1,11,79,239.76/-. He submits further, for availing the Input Tax Credit (IPC), in event there are further compliances required, his client will send requisition to petitioner.
The draft is handed over to Mr. Pattanaik, on his submission he has instruction to accept it in acknowledgement of the amount paid as reimbursement. On query he submits, his client will comply with all requisitions in respect thereof.
The writ petition is disposed of.
