Mr. Mishra, learned advocate, Senior Standing Counsel appears on behalf of revenue and points out from clause 3.5 of the circular that petitioner, since did not prefer appeal from impugned order-in-original, must apply for rectification. Mrs. Roy Choudhury submits, her client will duly apply.
Petitioner is to apply for rectification by 17th February, 2025. Certified copy of this order may be disclosed in the application.
The writ petition is disposed of.
