Learned Standing Counsel states that with the coming of the Goods and Services Tax Act the provisions impugned in the present writ petition of the U.P. Entertainment and Betting Tax Act, 1979 have been repealed.
This writ petition is, therefore, decided in terms of the interim order granted by this Court on 2nd August, 2016.
