Learned counsel for the respondent states that the petitioner shall appear physically before the competent authority on 02nd February 2026, with documents so as to justify his claim for refund.

As far as the aforesaid act of petitioner is concerned, since same is in statutory compliance, the appearance and submissions of petitioners are without prejudice to his rights to claim interest on the amount which otherwise, according to him, he is entitled for refund under the provisions of Section 54 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. 3. Once the petitioner appears before the respondents, we expect the respondents to conclude the proceedings and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter including that on the issue of entitlement of This is a digitally signed order.
