The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 13th July, 2026, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 9181/2026, whereby, directions were given to the respondent herein, to afford personal hearing to the petitioner in regard to the Show Cause Notice dated 06th July, 2026, and pass appropriate orders, thereto.

The order dated 13th July, 2026, reads as under: This is a digitally signed order. She has handed over a copy of the Speaking Order dated 10th August, 2026, issued by the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (“GNCTD”), Department of Trade and Taxes, Office of Goods and Services Tax Officer (“GSTO”)/Proper Officer Vyapar Bhawan, Delhi, which is taken on record.
