Learned Counsel for the respondent states that, in the present case, the alert has been lifted. In the event that the petitioner faces any difficulty on this ground, he is at liberty to approach the concerned authorities.

She also states that the petitioner’s request for refund of IGST with interest in respect of 649 shipping bills will be processed within a period of four weeks from today. The respondents are bound down to the said statement.

In view of the said statement, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press other reliefs as sought for in the petition at this stage.
