The solitary grievance of the writ petitioner is a failure on the part of the respondents to release the Integrated Goods and Services Tax [„IGST‟] refunds despite the same having been duly sanctioned by virtue of the order dated 27 May 2022. 2. In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to release the refunds as sanctioned, subject to there being no other legal impediment.
