Order on the Correction Application Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the array of parties the respondents has been wrongly described as M/S Secure Industries Ltd. instead of Shri Ashutosh Agarwal, M.D.- M/s Secure Industries and also in the very opening lines the name of Shri B.K. Singh Raghuvanshi has been wrongly mentioned instead of Shri Ashok Singh.
In the first line of our dated 20.07.2018, Shri B.K. Singh Raghuvanshi be read as Shri Ashok Singh. The order is thus corrected.
Registry is directed to correct the title of respondents in the array of parties forthwith.
The application is accordingly disposed of.
