Heard Sri Anil Prakash Mathur, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gaurav Mahajan, learned counsel for the revenue.
At present, the petitioner seeks a mandamus to restrain the CGST, Ghaziabad from issuing any notice with respect to subject matter and for the period for which the UPGST, Ghaziabad has already issued a notice.
Admittedly, no notice has been issued by the CGST, Ghaziabad as may allow such contention to be examined with any seriousness.
The writ petition is dismissed as premature.
