This is an application praying for issuance of summons to the Plaintiff Witness Nos. 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 & 14 to produce original documents and tender evidence on behalf of the election petitioner. Perused the application. The witnesses sought to be summoned appear to be necessary for the proper adjudication of the election petition, as they are official witnesses and the relevant documents are stated to be in their custody.
