ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 10.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22094 of 2023. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned counsel for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the this Court vide order dated 10.11.2023 in W.P.No.22094 of 2023, directed the respondents to pay an amount of Rs.26,79,577/- to the petitioner, but the respondents have only paid Rs.25,72,677/-. For which, learned counsel for the respondents have filed memo dated 28.08.2024, wherein it is stated that the remaining amount is covered as deductions in respect of TDS, CGST and SGST. In view of the same, the orders dated 10.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22094 of 2023 are complied with and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
