Today the matter is posted for appearance directing the respondents to comply with the orders of this Court. Respondents furnished written instructions stating that the orders of this Hon’ble Court are complied with. The claim of the petitioner is that orders of this Hon’JDle Court in Writ Petition not duly complied with but only partly complied.
Since the respondents were directed to furnish instructions showing the bifurcation of the payments made pursuant to the claim of the petitioner, they have submitted written instructions dated 14.08.2025, wherein the bifurcation provided consists of statutory deductions, i.e., P , IT, Cess, Seigniorage Charges, NAC, CGST and SGST, amounting to Rs.6,35,864/-. After deducting the same, the entire balance amount was paid to the petitioner. Therefore, the orders of this Court stand complied with.
