Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be
pleased toPleased to issue order, writ or direction more particularly one in the
nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not
releasing the final bill amount of Rs.32,04,394/- to the petitioner along with
interest plus CGST and SGST amount for the work executed by it in
pursuance of the Agreement entered into with the 4TH respondent vide
Agreement No. 04 SE/2022-23 dated 12.05.2022 as illegal, arbitrary, violation
of principles of natural justice and unconstitutional and consequently direct the
respondents to release final bill amount of Rs.32,04,394/- to the petitioner
along with interest plus CGST and SGST amount for the work executed by it
forthwith and to pass

ORDER
This Writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondent in paying the admitted bill amount of Rs.32,04,394/- in relation to the contract works executed by the petitioner.
2.Heard Sri Ramesh Babu Talluri, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation.
3.The learned Assistant Government for Irrigation, on counter, submitted that the bill was uploaded on 26.07.2025 in Nidhi Portal by the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, Srikalahasti and the same is waiting for fund clearance, and sought (05) months time for payment of the amount.
4.Learned counsel for the petitioner, reported no objection for granting time as sought by the learned Assistant Government Pleader.
5.In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the authorities to pay to the petitioner the admitted amount at an earliest, at any rate not later than five (05) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
