Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/CGST on instructions of the Department submits that the investigation in the present case is complete and the Show Cause Notice to the applicant has been issued. On instructions, it is further submitted that there is no further investigation required in the present case.
In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
