Since already, the appeal against the order-in-original is preferred, the prayer in the petition has been rendered infructuous. As such, we dispose of the present petition, along with pending applications, if any, with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the appeal.

We clarify that we have not appreciated the merits of the matter, and that the withdrawal shall not come in the way of deciding the appeal on its own merit.
