Mr. Sridhartha Ray, learned Senior Counsel appearing along with Mr. K.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that since CBIC circular comes to the rescue of the Petitioner, he will avail such benefit in accordance with law. Therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum invoking the said circular.
