Prayer in the petition is for issuance of discharge certificate in FORM SVLRDS-1. In context of above we reproduce below paragraph 4 from said order dated 16th May, 2024 (supra).
“4. Since the amount is question has already been paid by the petitioner, even later to the order passed by this Court, the same be accepted by the authority and due discharge certificate be issued in favour of the petitioner, as the petitioner has complied with the order dated 09.01.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 275 of 2024. 3. The writ petition is disposed of as covered by said order. (Arindam Sinha)
