ORDER 09.01.2026 02. 1. The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition seeking following reliefs:
“In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to-
A. Admit the writ petition and issue appropriate writ(s) quashing the impugned OIO dated 03.02.2025 passed by the OP No.2 under ANNEXURE-7, and consequential proceedings thereto;
B. Quash the rectified OIO dated 29.07.2025 passed by OP No.1 under ANNEXURE-10. C. Pass such other order(s) as may be deemed just and proper in the interest of justice;
And for this act of kindness, the Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.”
Mr. J. Joshi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner files a memo in the Court today stating therein that the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the instant writ petition and to pursue his grievance before the appropriate forum. The said memo is taken on record.
