ORDER 25.06.2026 02. 1. Our attention is drawn to a typographical and/or ministerial error crept up in the order dated 26th March, 2026, where the name of the petitioner has been wrongly typed. Instead of “M/s. Epic Concesiones 3 Private Limited”, it has been wrongly typed as “M/s. Epic Concessions 3 Private Limited”. Such mistake is evident and apparent and being ministerial in nature, the name of the petitioner “M/s. Epic Concessions 3 Private Limited” shall be read as “M/s. Epic Concesiones 3 Private Limited”. Rest part of the order dated 26th March, 2026 remains unaltered.

Let this order be read conjointly with the order dated 26th March, 2026. In the event, certified copy of the order has already been issued, necessary correction shall be made therein in the light of the order passed hereinabove.
