Sesha Sai, J) Heard Sri Srinivasa Rao Kudupudi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Suresh Kumar Routhu, learned Senior Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Sri N. Harinath, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India for respondent No.3. When this matter is taken up today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.31461 of 2022, dated 14.12.2022. A copy of the same is filed along with the Writ Petition as a material paper. Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is allowed in terms thereof, directing the 1st respondent to consider the returns said to be submitted by the petitioner and pass an appropriate

order regarding the revocation of the 2

cancellation of the GST Registration of the petitioner expeditiously but not later than one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
