pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of
Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction declaring order for
cancellation of Registration in Reference No. ZA3706230150991 dated
09.06.2023and the subsequent show cause notice for rejection of application for
revocation of cancellation of registration, dated 16.06.2023 in form GST REG-23
issued by the 1® respondent under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, as
Illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law, violation of principles of natural justice, contrary
to the provisions of the Act and violative of Articles 14. 300A and 19(1)(g) of the
Constitution of India, set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents
to revoke the order of cancellation of GST registration dated 09.06 2023 and to
restore the registration issued on 05.11.2019 in the interests of justice.
