HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO AND HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.RAVINDRA BABU ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice U.Durga Prasad Rao)
The petitioner challenges the action of the 1st respondent in issuing order dated 13.03.2023 cancelling the GST registration of the petitioner.
Heard learned counsel for petitioner Sri Srinivasa Rao Kudupudi and Sri P.Shreyas Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Commercial Tax for respondents.
In terms of the order in W.P.No.20239/2023, the petitioner is given liberty to file an application for revocation of cancellation within two (2) weeks from today, in which case, the 1st respondent shall consider the same and also the returns submitted by the petitioner and pass an appropriate order within two (2) weeks thereafter and communicate the order to the petitioner.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
