The Court made the following ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief.
“to issue an order, direction or Writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari quashing any empanelment proceedings, work orders or such contracts or proceedings issued under the e-Procurement Notification No.88/C/2025 dated 28.07.2025 for empanelment of Fish suppliers/producers for the FY 2025-26 by mandatorily requiring the tenderers to have Goods and Service Tax Identification seed Number (GSTIN) so also requiring them to have submitted Goods and Service Tax (GST) returns for at least past 3 years as a proof of fish seed sales despite the same being exempted from GST in India by holding the same arbitrary, illegal and detrimental to the public exchequer so also being violative of Articles 14 and 19 of the Constitution in the interest of justice.”
Today, when the matter came up for admission, learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner submits that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the matter has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
