Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be
pleased topleased to issue order or orders, direction or directions, Writ or
Writs particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamous or any appropriate writ
declare the action of the respondents in not paying the bills for execution of
works vide Agreement No.100/2020-21, dtd.26-03-21 awarded by the 6th
Respondent to the petitioner for value of Rs.9,73,880/- with 12persent GST
and interest till to day from the date of completion of respective works as
illegal, arbitrary violation of principles of natural justice and violative of Article
14, 16, 21 of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the respondents to
release the bills for the above complited works immediately with 12 persent
GST and interest and to pass

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated
in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased
pleased to direct the respondents to release the amount of Rs.9,73,880/-
towards payment of above final bill for the contract works under taken by the

ORDER:
The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- “….to issue order or orders, direction or directions, Writ or Writs particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamous or any appropriate writ declare the action of the respondents in not paying the bills for execution of works vide Agreement No.100/2020-21, dtd.26-03-21 awarded by the 6th Respondent to the petitioner for value of Rs.9,73,880/- with 12persent GST and interest till to day from the date of completion of respective works as illegal, arbitrary violation of principles of natural justice and violative of Article 14, 16, 21 of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the respondents to release the bills for the above complited works immediately with 12 persent GST and interest and to pass…”
2.Today when the writ petition came up for hearing, Ms. K. Indu, learned counsel representing Mr. K.L.N.Swamy, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that as the amounts payable to the petitioner have already been paid pending the writ petition, no further orders are required in the present writ petition.
3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
