Counsel appearing online for the Revision Petitioner submits that the present C.R.P is filed challenging the Order dated 05.10.2024 in E.P.No.2 of 2024 in O.S.No.92 of 2017 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Hindupur to stay the impunged Order which is to the effect that the salary of the Revision Petitioner had been attached and this Order has been challenged in the present C.R.P. Ld. Counsel appearing on beahlf of Revision Petitioner submits that the Petitioner, against whom the attachment order had been passed, had died and therefore the present proceedings got abated.

In this view of the above matter, this Civil Revision Petition is closed as having been abated due to the death of the Revision Petitioner. No order as to costs.
