ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “…to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondent No.6 to consider my complaints and pursue the matter and take appropriate action against the culprits if found guilty, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.…”

Heard Sri Khaja Khutubuddin Shaik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police are not taking any action on the complaints made by the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the respondent-police have not received any report, as alleged by the petitioner. He would further submit that as per the contents of the writ affidavit, their enquiry revealed that the contents are false and they have not registered the crime.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
