By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the action of opposite parties in not reimbursing the differential tax amount due to change of tax regime from VAT to GST with effect from 01.07.2017. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and on consideration of the materials available on record, it is open for the petitioner to file the revised return under the Orissa Value Added Tax Act, 2005. In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of.
