Heard Mrs. Kananbala Roy Choudhury, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-Opposite Parties.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner apprehends that the belated reimbursement of the GST component to the Petitioner by the Opposite Parties pursuant to the order dated 18th December, 2019 of this Court in W.P.(C) No.26145 of 2019 might result in the Petitioner having to pay interest and penalty.
Admittedly, as of date, such cause of action has not arisen. As and when it does, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
The writ petition is dismissed.
