The Petitioner having received the summon under section 70 of the Central GST Act, 2017 issued by the Superintendent (CPU) GST & Central Excise, Rourkela Commissionerate, Rourkela, apprehends his arrest and therefore has filed this application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail.

Heard.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the petition, I am not inclined to entertain this application.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
