Heard Mr. T. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P. K. Muduli, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-Opposite Parties.

By way of this writ petition, the Petitioner has challenged the action of the Opposite Parties in not reimbursing the differential tax amount arising out of change in tax regime from Value Added Tax (VAT) to Goods and Service Tax (GST) with effect from 1st July, 2017. 3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition in accordance with law with better particulars.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.
