1. The Petitioner has approached this Court at the stage of show cause notice having been issued on him on 26th September 2020 as to why demand should not be raised against him under the OGST/CGST Act, 2017. 2. It appears that the Petitioner has even filed a reply to the show cause notice. However, without waiting for the adjudication order, he has approached this Court.

Leaving it open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law after the adjudication order is passed, the writ petition is disposed of.
