Heard Mr. R.P. Kar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sunil Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel appearing for the CT & GST.

The petitioner has filed this revision petition seeking to reverse the order dated 31.07.2008 passed by the Tribunal in S.A. No.1194 of 2001-02 under Annexure-9. 4. It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 188 of 2006 (M/s Krishna Steel Industry v. The Sales Tax Officer and others), which has been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 05.05.2021. 5. Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 05.05.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 188 of 2006 (M/s Krishna Steel Industry v. The Sales Tax Officer and others), this revision petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
