Mr. S.S. Padhy, learned Standing Counsel appears for CT & GST Department.

The Registry has pointed out the mistake that has occurred in Para-6 of the order dated 31.03.2023 in their note.

In Para-6, the date has been typed as 29.09.2023, which is incorrect. It shall be 29.03.2023. It is apparent that the said mistake has occurred inadvertently. The said mistake be corrected.
