Heard Mr. S. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sunil Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel appearing for the CT & GST.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of cancellation of registration certificate under Annexure-1 and appeal rejection order under Annexure-2, and to issue direction to the opposite parties to allow her to file returns on the GST web portal.
It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 7728 of 2022 (M/s Durga Raman Patnaik v. Additional Commissioner of GST (Appeals, First Appellate Authority & Ors.), which has been disposed of by this Court vide judgment and order dated 13.10.2022. 5. Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the judgment and order dated 13.10.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 7728 of 2022 (M/s Durga Raman Patnaik v. Additional Commissioner of GST (Appeals, First Appellate Authority & Ors.), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said judgment.
