This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

As it appears, when the matter was listed on 26.03.2021, none appeared for the petitioner and defects pointed out by the stamp reporter was directed to be removed within one week. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 04.01.2023, as a last chance, direction has been given to remove the defects within a week. But till date defects pointed out by the stamp reporter have not been removed.

In the above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this STREV. Accordingly, for non-compliance of the orders dated 26.03.2021 and 04.01.2023, the STREV stands dismissed.
