On 09.03.2023, Mr. S. Ray, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner had undertaken to verify or examine the applicability of the order dated 20.07.2021 passed by this Court in STREV No.1 of 2021 (M/s. Taratarini Rubber India Pvt. Ltd. v. State of Odisha) to the case of the petitioner. But it is contended by Mr. K.K. Sahu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. S. Ray, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that the copy of the said order has not been served on him and sought further time to examine the same.
Once the question involved in the present case for the Assessment year 1998-99 has been decided in respect of same petitioner-dealer by this Court in STREV No.1 of 2021 (M/s. Taratarini Rubber India Pvt. Ltd. v. State of Odisha) vide order

dated 20th July, 2021, this Court is not inclined to grant further adjournment. As such, the case of the petitioner is covered by the order dated 20.07.2021 passed by this Court in STREV No.1 of 2021 (M/s. Taratarini Rubber India Pvt. Ltd. v. State of Odisha) and the only change is made with regard to Entry -129 and Entry-136, which have been taken into consideration in the aforesaid order.
Accordingly, the STREV stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 20.07.2021 passed by this Court in STREV No.1 of 2021 (M/s. Taratarini Rubber India Pvt. Ltd. v. State of Odisha).
