Ms. Kananbala Roy Choudhury, learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that to substantiate the contentions raised in the writ petition, she requires to file certain documents but that itself cannot suffice the purpose. Therefore, she contended that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition with better particulars by annexing all the documents available with her.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
