1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

Mr. Radhashyam Chimanka, learned Senior Standing Counsel, GST submits that as yet no case has been registered against the Petitioner and only show-cause notice has been sent to the Petitioner.

In that view of the matter, learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this Application, seeking liberty to file the same afresh in case cause of action so arises in future.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
